About Todd
Todd practices primarily in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation. For Construction he frequently advises owners, general contractors, subcontractors, governments, suppliers and builders in contract review, procurement, tender issues, and other construction matters, as well as construction litigation, construction liens and arbitration.
As a commercial litigator, Todd’s practice encompasses shareholder disputes, contract disputes, mortgage remedies, commercial tenancy issues, and bankruptcy and insolvency litigation.
Todd has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, as well as appearing in the Maritimes, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia. He has also appeared before a number of administrative tribunals, Royal Commission, and committees of Parliament on behalf of clients.
Todd is also available to act as a mediator on commercial and construction disputes.
