About Victoria
Victoria Partington is an associate at Soloway Wright LLP practicing in construction and commercial litigation. Her practice focuses primarily on construction disputes, including lien claims, payment disputes, breach of contract claims, and other project-related issues.
Victoria joined the firm in 2024 after completing her articles with Soloway Wright. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and graduated from Carleton University with High Distinction, receiving the Senate Medal for outstanding academic achievement.
Victoria is a member of the Ottawa Construction Association’s Women in Construction Committee. The committee is dedicated to supporting gender equity, professional growth, and networking opportunities for women in the construction industry. Through her involvement, Victoria helps organize industry events and initiatives that foster relationships, mentorship, and engagement within Ottawa’s construction community.
Victoria enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Outside the office, she can often be found walking her dog, backcountry camping, kayaking, swimming, or wakeboarding.
