Peter also takes on clients on a contingency fee basis and is an advocate for an open discussion of these fees to ensure the client is receiving fair value and understands the contingency fee and implications for the claim.
This balance of legal expertise and caring for the client has earned Peter recognition across the industry, including recognition in “Best Lawyers in Canada from 2008”, Lexpert and Benchmark Canada.
