Nicholas Valsamis is a litigation lawyer who practices commercial litigation, including construction litigation, banking litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency litigation.
Nicholas’ practice also encompasses labour and employment law, and human rights law.
Nicholas received his law degree from the University of New Brunswick (UNB) in 2017. During his time in law school, he founded a mooting society, volunteered for Pro-Bono Students Canada, and was awarded the Frank Covert Scholarship for academic excellence.
Before joining Soloway Wright LLP in 2021, Nicholas completed his articles at a national Canadian law firm in Toronto, Ontario and worked at a top tier labour and employment boutique in Vancouver, British Columbia. Nicholas is a licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of British Columbia.
In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys Muay Thai kickboxing, Filipino martial arts, rugby, scuba/free diving, and spending quality time with friends and family.
