About Hayley

Hayley joined Soloway Wright as an associate in 2022 after practicing national class action litigation. She is a litigation associate focused on commercial, insurance, defamation, corporate, labour and employment, condominium, residential leasing, commercial leasing, medical malpracticepersonal injury, and academic dishonesty matters. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice,  Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, and various tribunals and inquiry committees. Hayley also provides legal services pro bono for Reach Canada.

Hayley graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa, a certificate in civil law from Université de Montréal, and holds a psychology degree from McGill University. During her time at law school, Hayley was involved in technology-based harassment and harm research, volunteered at the Immigrant Women’s Services Ottawa, and was an active executive member of the Legal Education and Action Fund.

Hayley speaks English and French, and welcomes working with clients in both these languages.

When Hayley is not in the office, you will find her trying out a new recipe, listening to a podcast, or at a kickboxing class.
