About Brian

Brian Roach joined Soloway Wright in 1989 and commenced practicing as a real estate lawyer in the Ottawa office immediately after being called to the Bar in early 1990. As a member of the Real Estate & Development Law Group, Brian specializes in the area of real property law, with an emphasis on mortgage remedies work, secured financings, commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, not-for-profit transactions and land development.

Whether working on residential or commercial purchases or sales, secured financings with private or financial institutions or land development projects with various clientele, including not-for-profits, Brian brings his extensive practice skills and experience to bear and he understands that your real property transactions require an effective, knowledgeable, tailored and cost-efficient approach.
